Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-M is Winterhalter's medium undercounter warewasher, sized for sites that want a standard 500 x 500mm square basket without stepping up to the taller UC-L. The 310mm entry height suits everyday plates, glass racks and dish loads in a compact wash-up position.
The unit is listed at 600mm wide, 600mm deep and 715mm high, giving a practical undercounter footprint while still using the larger basket format. Supplier-stated capacity is 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks per hour, with output shown as 800 glasses or 504 plates per hour.
DE642 is silver, single phase and supplied with a drain pump, so the waste arrangement is part of the machine specification rather than an assumption. It weighs 64kg gross, carries an electrical safety notice and is covered by Winterhalter's 3 years on-site parts and labour warranty.
