Why this undercounter dishwasher earns its place
The UC-L is the large model in Winterhalter's undercounter warewasher line, built around a 500 x 500mm square basket and a 405mm entry height. That taller opening is the key difference for kitchens washing larger plates, trays, mixing bowls and other oversized items that are awkward in a smaller undercounter dishwasher.
At 600mm wide, 600mm deep and 810mm high, it still sits in an undercounter footprint, but it gives the wash-up area a higher-capacity machine than a compact support dishwasher. The supplier-stated capacity is 32 glass racks or 28 dish racks per hour, with output listed as 800 glasses or 504 plates per hour.
The stainless steel build suits a working warewash area, and the machine is supplied with a drain pump for sites where pumped waste removal is needed. It is listed as single phase, has an electrical safety notice, weighs 64kg gross and carries Winterhalter's 3 years on-site parts and labour warranty.
