Dedicated wash programmes optimise water usage and cycle performance for different loads, including a rotating basket and specialised programme for cutlery. This Hobart dishwasher automatically selects the CUTLERY PREMIUM programme as soon as the cutlery rack support is in place. With the integrated cutlery feature this dishwasher automatically shakes the cutlery rack at the end of the wash cycle making the water droplets roll off the cutlery – providing clean and stain-free cutlery.

The Hobart JM697 is a 6.7kW, 400V three-phase undercounter dishwasher built around its Cutlery Premium programme. The rotating cutlery basket takes up to 80 items per wash cycle, then shakes the rack at the end of the wash so water droplets roll off, helping cutlery come out clean and stain-free without hand polishing.
