Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Moffat Versicarte Pro is the complete carvery setup on wheels. It's built for pubs, hotels, and catering where you need a proper roast service but no built-in hot counter. Wheel it out before service, plug a standard 230V socket, and you've got carving stand, vegetable pans, sauce warmth, and roast storage all in one footprint.
Carving station sits at the top — proper meat-holding spikes for full roasts, with additional spikes for larger cuts. Below that, a bain marie with fan-assisted heating holds three one-third gastronorm pans plus two one-sixth pans, so you can run vegetables, potatoes, and two sauce stations without cramping. The bain marie is sized for pans up to 150 mm deep.
Beneath the carving area, a heated storage cupboard runs the full width. Removable sliding doors, rod shelves, and fan heating mean you can stack plates, rest extra roasts, or keep sauces and trimmings warm until you need them. The quartz heated gantry across the top illuminates the whole display and keeps the carving end warm to touch — it has an illuminated on/off switch, so your staff knows when power is on. The curved glass sneeze guard and triple-tube drop-down tray slide protect the display while keeping food visible.
