Why this hot buffet display earns its place
Hot buffet units are the backbone of buffet service. Instead of plating in the kitchen and keeping food warm separately, you load gastronorm pans of soup, gravy, sauce, or bulk food into the warmer, set your temperature, and serve direct to the customer – food stays hot, presentation is unified, and your service is fast.
This four-pan buffet sits at counter height (850mm), so diners can serve themselves or your staff can plate direct without bending awkwardly. At 1400mm wide and 800mm deep, it's a generous footprint for multi-dish display. The adjustable temperature range, +30 to +90°C, gives you control: hotter for soups and stews, gentler for more delicate dishes. A thermostatic controller keeps each zone stable so you're not fighting temperature drift during service.
Built from durable materials with a brown exterior and food-safe hot zones, this 190 kg unit is designed for the heat and steam of a real kitchen. It needs a solid surface and isn't designed for daily repositioning, but it's built to last through hundreds of covers.
