Why this self clearing trolley earns its place
In a busy kitchen or catering operation, dish management is a bottleneck. This trolley solves that. Load trays in on one side, work progresses through the rack, and the clearing mechanism at the end removes trays without staff touching them. That's cleaner, faster, and it removes repetitive strain from the wash operation.
At 1.7m tall, 620mm wide and 840mm deep, it fits the standard gastronorm tray sizes (460–480mm × 360–370mm). The spacing between shelves is 108mm — tight enough for organised loading, loose enough that trays don't jam. Stainless steel construction handles the heat, humidity and chemical wash cycles of a commercial dishwash without corrosion.
The 31kg weight is substantial but moveable — it's built to stay put during operation, not to be wheeled around constantly. This is infrastructure, not mobility. A 5kg max load per shelf is a practical limit that keeps the mechanism reliable and prevents overload creep.
