Why this gastronorm & tray trolley earns its place
Clearing in a professional kitchen never stops. Dishes come off tables faster than the pit can load them, and you need a way to move volume without tying up a full-size bussing station. This trolley is built for exactly that: tight, mobile, and single-minded. It holds 1/1 gastronorm containers and stacked trays 20 deep — enough to ferry several table's worth of crockery without making four trips.
At 385 mm wide and 530 mm deep, it fits through narrow galley doors and between prep stations. The 1800 mm height puts the loading tray at a comfortable elbow height for the person clearing, which matters when you're doing this motion 200 times a shift. Thirty kilograms of weight means one person can push it firmly even when it's loaded, and it rolls smoothly enough that stacks don't rattle or shift. Stainless steel construction means it survives the gauntlet of a dishwash cycle, splash, and the general wear of constant movement.
It's the workhorse nobody thinks about — until they don't have one and three staff are carrying dishes by hand instead of moving volume. Once you've got it, you can't imagine running without it.
