Why this kitchen canopie earns its place
Most canopies just catch what rises into them. The Titan does the pulling itself — Parry has built the extract fan into the canopy, so you're not sourcing and fitting a separate inline unit somewhere down the duct run. It's one piece of stainless steel kit that does the whole job over a single cooking position.
Underneath, it's working on gases and fumes, heat, grease and excess hot air all at once, drawing them up and out in a way that's designed to keep airflow even across the rest of the kitchen rather than just clearing the air directly above the stove. The top of the canopy has a cut-out sized for 350mm ducting, so the connection into your extract run is straightforward for whoever's fitting it.
At 1200mm wide and 1200mm deep, with a 750mm drop, it's built to sit over a single appliance up to 900mm deep — a griddle, a range, a bank of boiling tops — with enough overhang either side to actually catch what the appliance throws off rather than just what's directly beneath it. The stainless steel body means it wipes down like the rest of your line and won't corrode in a hot, greasy environment.
