Why this potato peeler machine earns its place
Peeling potatoes does not need to swallow time, space or staff attention. The Metcalfe NA15 CM835-WIK is designed to peel up to 6.8kg per load, so it gives busy kitchens a way to clear a meaningful batch while the team gets on with other prep.
Metcalfe builds the machine from food-grade, non-corrosive aluminium, with the spindle housing and chute cast integrally to eliminate joints and possible leakage. The patented serrated chamber design helps reduce potato loss, so the peeled potatoes keep more of their original size than with alternative models.
It runs on 230V with a 250 W rated input, weighs 30 kg and measures 446 x 354 x 576 mm. The V-belt transmission is designed to make operation quieter, and this version is supplied with the installation kit, which includes a 3ft water inlet hose, tap connector, waste pipe, elbow, coupling and sink skip.
