Why this potato peeler machine earns its place
The Metcalfe EP15 CM834-WIK is a 6.8kg potato peeler designed to produce peeled potatoes and root vegetables with the least time and effort. For a kitchen that needs a steady prep workflow, it turns a repetitive job into a controlled batch process.
The machine is built from food-grade, non-corrosive aluminium alloy castings, and Metcalfe says the spindle housing and chute are cast integrally to eliminate joints and possible leakage. It is also designed to be sinktop, pedestal or trolley mounted, which makes it easier to fit into the layout you already have.
This version is supplied with the installation kit. The peeler runs on 230V with a 250 W rated input, weighs 30 kg and measures 446 x 354 x 576 mm, with a silver finish and a one-year warranty.
