The Bold B56 is a full bag capacity stainless steel potato peeler — load a whole 25kg bag with no need to divide it first. Built in the UK with a heavy duty gearbox automatically lubricated from an oil sump, a removable peeling plate and drum lining for recoating, and a nylon brush on the bottom plate to guard against waste blockages. Fast, efficient and hygienic — the fish frying trade standard.
