The Metcalfe EP15 CM834-NIK is built to produce perfectly peeled potatoes and root vegetables with the least time and effort. It gives kitchens a practical way to handle a repetitive prep job without turning it into a bottleneck.
Metcalfe says the range is made from food-grade, non-corrosive aluminium alloy castings, with the spindle housing and chute cast integrally to eliminate joints and possible leakage. The machine is designed for sinktop, pedestal or trolley mounting, so it can work in a variety of prep spaces.
This version is supplied without the installation kit. It runs on 230V with a 250 W rated input, weighs 30 kg, measures 446 x 354 x 576 mm and carries a one-year warranty.
