Why this salamander grill earns its place
The Lincat Silverlink 600 is the high-output salamander designed for kitchens where burgers, steaks and toast move at pace. Ceramic plaque burners deliver rapid, consistent heat—56 burgers or 42 steaks per hour means you're finishing plates quickly without waiting. The variable heat settings let you match the temperature to what's moving: blast speed for volume, or gentle warmth for holding finished work. The whole grill heats fast and recovers quickly between batches.
Stainless steel on the outside, vitreous enamelled interior and hood on the inside—it takes the heat, cleans easily and lasts. The 750 mm cooking surface is wide enough to work multiple orders without crowding, and at 423 mm deep it doesn't eat space off the pass. At 405 mm tall and 34.7 kg, it's proportionate and stable, built for a working kitchen.
Supplied with everything you need to go: a crumb tray for catching debris, a branding plate if you want to mark steaks or burgers with house branding, and a toasting grid with cool-touch handles for bread work. LPG operation means you're not dependent on mains gas—ideal for mobile catering units or kitchens where gas supply isn't yet installed.
