Why this gas oven earns its place
Four individual burners run at 37kW across the top surface, feeding a static (non-convection) oven compartment below. Unlike combi ovens or convection units, static means you're using direct radiant heat—no moving parts, no complicated timing. It's straightforward: put the load in, set your temperature, let the metal sides do the work. For straightforward roasting, baking, and finishing, static ovens are reliable and honest.
LPG fuel gives you complete independence from mains gas infrastructure, which matters for takeaways, festival setups, and locations where natural gas isn't piped in. Four burners let you run sauces, stock, and mise en place at the top whilst the oven finishes a batch of pies or roast dinners. At 750mm wide and 812mm deep, it takes up meaningful space but not a full run—you're fitting this between prep and plating.
The Evolution casing streamlines to a standard profile, so if you're adding it to an existing line, it fits flush. Two years' parts and labour warranty is your safety net. What you get is a machine that does one job very well: cookware on top, heat from below, no fuss.
