Why this gas range earns its place
This Imperial range is built for kitchens that need serious hob capacity as well as a proper gas oven underneath. The eight anti-clogging PyroCentric open burners are designed to give more even hob cooking, with two rings of flame helping the heat work across different pan sizes.
The hob is paired with an anti-clog pilot shield and a heavy-duty lift-off cast iron grate, which makes the top easier to maintain and keeps the pan surface practical in service. The oven uses a U-shaped burner and unique burner baffle to distribute heat flow evenly, while a heat reflector sends heat back into the oven to support efficiency.
The oven interior is porcelainised for easier cleaning, and the gas oven is 1/1 Gastronorm width and depth inside. This model runs on propane gas, has a rated input of 82000 W, operates from +65 to +260 °C and is supplied with a 2 years on-site parts and labour warranty. Allow for a minimum installation depth of 850 mm.
