Why this gas range earns its place
The Buffalo CT253 combines six top burners with a general-purpose oven, so it gives you a proper working range rather than a separate hob and oven setup. It runs on natural gas and can be converted to propane, which makes it a practical fit for kitchens already set up for gas cooking.
The oven is 2/1 GN compatible and offers five shelf positions, with the capacity to take five 2/1 GN containers on the cooking shelves. That gives you a decent amount of flexibility for service work, batch cooking and holding different dishes at once. The twin oven doors have individual catches to help retain heat, while the wide +100 to +250 °C temperature range keeps the range versatile.
On the hob, the burners sit in a sealed pressed top with cast iron pan supports, so there is plenty of support for heavy pans and a surface designed to catch reasonable spillages. The stainless steel body and internal finish make cleaning more manageable, and the low-profile oven handles and laser-etched control icons keep the front of the unit compact and straightforward to work with.
