Why this convection oven earns its place
The Elena LED is Elena without the touchscreen. Same three full-size trays (600 × 400 mm), same 427 mm width, 800 mm depth, 811 mm height. Same 13 amp plug power and stainless steel build. But instead of a programmable display that stores named recipes, you get a simple LED readout and direct controls for temperature, humidity and fan speed.
That simplicity matters when your recipes are fixed. A bakery running the same sourdough proof and bake cycle twice daily doesn't need to store five different programmes. Dial in your settings once, adjust if the season or dough changes, and run. The LED shows temperature and humidity live, so you watch fermentation and adjust—more humidity if the dough is crusting, less if you want a thicker crust for bake.
The Elena LED offers professional capacity—60–80 loaves per load, three full-size trays—with honest, plug-powered simplicity. Build is stainless steel, designed for regular production use. It's built for independent bakeries and restaurants that know their recipes and want reliable kit that doesn't need menus.
