THE WORKING VIEW

Why this convection oven earns its place

This is the entry-level INOXTREND convection oven for kitchens that need controlled heat and humidity without oversizing the electrical load. Manual or automatic humidity control means you get real support for bread and pastry work—the steam that opens the crumb, lifts the dough, and builds crust. The analogue controller is simple and tactile: dial your temperature, set humidity, watch the ready-light. Your team will intuitively understand how to use it.

The cavity is compact—620 × 580 × 570 mm—which heats quickly and recovers efficiently between batches. Four 460 × 360 mm shelves fit inside (you supply these), rounded corners for easy cleaning. Stainless steel throughout: interior and exterior built for daily commercial use and simple wiping-down at the end of service. Automatic preheating gets you to temperature without fussing. Double-glazed glass door so you can monitor progress. Sturdy feet keep it stable on your bench.

At 2.7 kW single phase, this is the lowest electrical demand in the INOXTREND range—ideal if you're running multiple pieces of equipment and your installation has limited capacity. It's efficient: enough power for genuine production baking and roasting, but significantly lighter load than full-size ovens. Build your workflow around batch baking rather than continuous loading, and this oven will serve you reliably, day after day.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Questions, answered straight

The compact cavity and convection circulation mean preheat time is typically 15–20 minutes from cold. Once warm, heat recovery between batches is quick—10–15 minutes to reach temperature again. Most bakers work in shifts (morning bread, afternoon pastries, evening roasts), not continuous loading, so this oven is designed around realistic kitchen workflow. Your energy bill will thank you.

Automatic humidity: the oven senses moisture loss and adjusts on its own. Manual humidity: you control it directly. For bread and laminated pastry, humidity is essential—it keeps the dough supple during rise and bake, giving you better crumb development and crust formation. For roasting vegetables or meat, you'd typically leave humidity off. You choose what each batch needs.

Four 460 × 360 mm shelves fit in the cavity. You supply these, so you can choose materials: mild steel for bread, perforated for pastry, solid for roasting. Not all four need to be loaded. For a batch of six loaves, you might load two shelves and rotate. Smaller kitchens typically use this efficiently.

Stainless steel cleans easily—damp cloth and mild degreaser after service. Rounded internal corners are intentional: no edges where dough scraps get trapped. For servicing and parts, call 01792 732702. Single-phase electric means no gas lines; straightforward installation and no fussing with fuel connections.

Yes. INOXTREND builds these for commercial daily use. Stainless steel and solid mechanics mean years of reliable service. Annual servicing by a qualified engineer keeps it running safely. The analogue controller has no software: just mechanical simplicity that won't fail.

At 2.7 kW single phase, running cost is minimal compared to larger ovens. Use our finance calculator to model weekly and monthly costs based on your local electricity rate and your actual baking schedule. If you're doing small-batch production, the power savings add up over a year.
