The Eco ovens come equipped with an intuitive grid layout on the touchscreen interface, showcasing easily recognisable graphical symbols for ‘Temperature’, ‘Time’, ‘Steam’ and ‘Damper’ settings. With their respective values clearly displayed below, users can effortlessly navigate and control their baking processes. Additionally, the ovens feature energy-saving LED in-door lights, a full-length toughened glass door and a black two-stage door handle that enhances both functionality and aesthetics.

THE WORKING VIEW

Why this convection oven earns its place

The Mono Eco is a modern convection oven that stands apart because it runs on single-phase 230V power — no three-phase installation needed. This opens the Eco to independent cafés, smaller hotels, and chain outlets where electrical infrastructure limits options. The left-hand hinged door means this model suits kitchens where the workflow or space demands a left-hand swing; the same reliable Eco performance comes in both door configurations.

The Eco's strength is consistent convection heating. Hot air circulates evenly around 4–5 standard GN trays, eliminating the temperature dead zones that plague cheaper static ovens. The 7-inch HD touchscreen stores up to 100 cooking programmes — save your signature roasts, batch bakes, or roasted vegetables once, and every subsequent batch emerges identical. Graphical symbols for Temperature, Time, Steam, and Damper guide kitchen staff through settings without confusion, ideal when the oven cycles between different cooks across a day or a week.

Energy matters on a tight margin. The Eco includes LED in-door lighting, Sleep Mode that drops the oven to standby temperature between services to save power, and auto-shutdown to prevent accidental all-night running. The full-length toughened glass door lets you see inside without opening it, preserving heat and moisture — and reducing the temptation to fiddle. Built in stainless steel, 570 × 1000 × 890 mm, and 110 kg, the Eco sits on any prep bench or pairs with optional stands. The two-stage door handle is designed for daily professional use.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Questions, answered straight

Single-phase ovens run on standard 230V UK power — the same supply as your domestic home. You don't need an electrician to install three-phase infrastructure, which saves money upfront and means the oven can be used in smaller premises where three-phase isn't available or installed yet.

The Eco holds 4–5 standard GN (Gastronorm) trays, each 530 × 325 mm, depending on how you stack them. That's enough for 40–50 portions of roasted vegetables, or several hotel pans of baked fish or jacket potatoes per batch.

Convection ovens warm faster than static models because the fan circulates hot air directly around the food. The touchscreen stores 100 programmes, so you can pre-select a warm-up profile or go straight to full temperature depending on your next job.

At 110 kg and single-phase powered, the Eco is more portable than three-phase models. As long as each kitchen has a standard 230V plug, you can relocate it. Optional stands (HW149 and HT451) are available if you need it raised for storage underneath.

The auto-shutdown facility cuts power automatically if the oven is left on, preventing accidental all-night running and protecting your energy bill. It's also a safety feature that reduces fire risk.
