Why this electric oven earns its place
The V6/FD is the most compact of the ovens in this batch, but it still keeps the same heavy-duty Silverlink 600 character. It has a 2/3 GN capacity, a stainless-steel body in silver and a footprint of 600 × 623 × 674 mm, making it a neater fit where space matters but proper commercial performance still matters more.
Lincat describes it as a heavy-duty convection oven with fan assistance, so it is built to improve heat distribution, reduce cooking times and deliver more efficient service. The double-glazed glass door makes it easier to see what is happening inside without opening up the cavity every time, which helps keep the workflow moving.
Cleaning is helped by the vitreous enamelled interior with radiused corners and removable side shelf supports. The side-opening doors use robust hinges and a ball catch for safe, easy access, and the oven is designed to support suitably sized Silverlink countertop units such as boiling tops, bain maries, griddles and work tops.
