Why this convection oven earns its place
The Imperial ICVE-1 is an electric convection oven built for kitchens that need even heat and clear control over the cooking process. It runs on 240V single phase power and is finished in stainless steel, with a large display window that lets staff check progress without opening the door.
Its turbo-flow system is designed to spread heat evenly through the cavity, helping reduce shrinkage while keeping more moisture in the finished food. The result is a better tasting product, whether you are baking delicate items or running a higher production load.
The oven also includes a 2-speed fan motor, so it can handle both high production cooking and more delicate baking. An audible timer buzzer adds a useful layer of control in a busy kitchen, while the porcelainised interior supports better browning and makes the oven easier to keep in order.
Check the narrowest clear opening, then every corner, landing, step and lift from the kerb to the room.
Stated machine geometry while kept upright. Allow handling room and confirm the complete route.
