THE WORKING VIEW

Why this convection oven earns its place

This is the INOXTREND for kitchens without the space or three-phase power of a big operation. At 620 mm wide and 580 mm deep, it fits tight against a prep counter or into a corner of a smaller kitchen. You get four 460×360 mm GN pan slots (or eight smaller trays if you're stacking), which is genuine batch capacity for a café, small catering operation, or training kitchen. The analogue controls—simple dial-and-set—mean no learning curve and no menu-diving; you want 180°C, you turn the knob to 180°C.

Stainless steel inside and out, with rounded corners that clean in a wipe. Automatic or manual humidifier gives you steam when you need it—doughnuts that don't dry hard by second service, bread crust that doesn't crack. The double-glazed door keeps heat in and lets you see what's cooking; internal illumination means you're not peering through glare. Automatic preheating gets you ready fast, and the single-phase 3.3kW supply means a standard 13A plug or a small dedicated circuit—no sparky needed, just a stable power feed.

The fans have an auto-reverse feature, which means the air direction flips during the cook to even out hot spots and prevent one tray burning while another stays pale. Built for kitchens that need reliability and don't have room for complexity.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Questions, answered straight

A. With four GN pans, you're cooking for 30–50 covers per batch depending on the dish. Most kitchens run back-to-back batches during service; recovery time from preheat to ready is about 10–15 minutes for most roasting work.

A. It runs on single-phase 3.3kW, so yes—a standard 13A socket or a small dedicated circuit depending on your site wiring. No three-phase infrastructure needed. Your electrician can advise on the best setup for your space.

A. The fans flip direction during the cook to prevent hot spots—so you're not rotating trays halfway through. You still get even cooking without the fuss. It's a small feature that saves you thinking during service.

A. Steam is useful for bread, pastry, and doughnuts—it prevents them drying out and helps them rise evenly. For roasting meat or vegetables, it's less critical. The humidifier is optional (automatic or manual); if your menu doesn't use it much, it's a small cost saving on a smaller oven.

A. Stainless steel interior with rounded corners wipes down quickly. Shelves lift out for a proper clean. No grease traps or narrow crevices to trap debris. For anything beyond routine cleaning, contact our service team on 01792

A. At 620×580 mm footprint, it's designed for compact spaces. The 570 mm height is modest too—it sits at a sensible working level without dominating a small pass. Measure your space and we can confirm the fit works for you.
