The Falcon FE4M is a countertop convection oven with capacity for 4 x 1/1 GN shelves and 80 mm between shelves. It measures 625 x 770 x 690 mm, weighs 61 kg and is built in stainless steel with a silver finish, giving it a compact but hard-working footprint.
This version uses manual controls rather than digital ones, with a 60-minute timer and alarm for straightforward day-to-day operation. The double-glass door and LED internal light help with visibility during service, so you can keep an eye on food without opening the door.
The internal glass panel can be removed for cleaning, and the unit is supplied with a 13A plug on a 1.8 m cable for easy installation. Fixed or mobile stands are available, and the oven can be stacked to double capacity within the same footprint. It carries a 2 Years warranty.
