The Falcon FE4D is a countertop convection oven with capacity for 4 x 1/1 GN shelves and 80 mm between shelves. It measures 625 x 770 x 690 mm, weighs 63 kg and is built in stainless steel with a silver finish, so it is a compact but serious oven for daily kitchen use.
It uses easy-to-read digital controls with a 120-minute timer, alarm and 10-program storage, giving the operator a useful level of control without making the interface complicated. The double-glass door and LED internal light make it easier to keep an eye on cooking progress.
Cleaning is helped by the removable internal glass panel, while the unit's 13A plug on a 1.8 m cable keeps installation straightforward. Fixed or mobile stands are available, and the oven can also be stacked to double capacity within the same footprint. It carries a 2 Years warranty.
