This model keeps control simple with manual controls, a 60 minute timer and an alarm. That makes it a practical choice when you want a straightforward oven that is easy to operate during service without giving up the benefits of convection cooking.
The double glass door and LED internal light make it easy to watch cooking progress, and the internal glass panel can be removed for cleaning. It is supplied with a 13A plug on a 1.8 m cable, so it can be used as a small café's main oven or as extra capacity in a larger kitchen, with fixed or mobile stands available and the option to stack units within the same footprint.
