This Buffalo convection oven is built for busy service kitchens that need speed, capacity and even cooking on the counter. It measures 520 x 800 x 600 mm, weighs 43.5 kg and combines stainless steel with glass in a silver finish.
The oven has a 100 litre product capacity and takes 4 x 1/1 GN trays, giving it the space to handle a useful batch size without moving to a full-size floor unit. Buffalo says the fan-circulated heating system helps produce quick and even cooking, while the double-glazed doors improve efficiency.
