Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Parry Mobile Servery with Bain Marie Top solves a specific problem: keeping plated meals at proper temperature during transport from kitchen to service point. Whether you're catering an event off-site, serving a banquet in a separate room, or running a hospital or school feeding operation, this unit keeps food hot and ready without drying it out.
The cabinet holds up to 30 plated meals in the enclosed, heated interior space (520 mm wide by 730 mm deep by 600 mm tall). Above sits a bain marie top with flexible gastronorm pan configuration—you can use it for sauce, gravy, vegetables or any accompaniment that benefits from gentle steam heating. The design is straightforward: stainless steel body, plug-and-go electric heating, and castors underneath so one person can push it smoothly across a kitchen, down a corridor, or into a banqueting suite. The push bar is positioned at comfortable height, and the castors are industrial-spec, so it tracks straight even when loaded.
Outside dimensions are 950 mm tall by 865 mm wide by 625 mm deep—substantial but not immovable. Once you've loaded your 30 plated covers and heated the bain marie, a single member of staff can wheel the entire service to the destination. The meals stay uniformly hot throughout transport and first-hour service. Stainless steel exterior means it's easy to wipe clean and looks professional in any setting.
