Why this meat fridge earns its place
The Hoshizaki Premier MW80CDRU is a wide single-door upright refrigerator configured as a meat cabinet. At 810 mm wide and 800 mm deep, it holds 475 litres of fresh meat across four shelves, built around 2/1 gastronorm so pans and trays load straight in on their runners. The solid single door gives a full-height reach-in dedicated to holding fresh meat back of house.
It runs as a dedicated meat fridge at a steady chilled hold of +2 to +12 °C. The wide, full-height door and interior are set up for repeated daily access in a working kitchen, keeping meat stock in one place through prep and service. Energy-wise, the MW80CDRU is A-class: around 337 kWh per year (0.93 kWh per day), which is efficient for a wide meat cabinet.
Because it's a wide-format cabinet, measure the door opening and delivery route against the external dimensions before it arrives. The 120 W power draw will fit any standard kitchen circuit. Warranty is 5 years parts and labour, and Craven Cooling can service it once it's installed.
