Why this display fridge earns its place
The AUP-22G GD is the double-door glass version of Fagor's Advance range, giving 2/1 gastronorm storage across two doors while keeping the contents on display — for a customer-facing chiller or simply a kitchen that wants stock visible at a glance. Gross capacity is 1,332 litres, with 24 different levels for 2/1 GN pans.
The full glass doors are lit by energy-saving LED interior lighting, keeping contents clearly visible, and both doors can be locked to secure stock. Cooling is rated to Climate Class 3, and the cabinet is Energy Class C rated, consuming 1,376.0 kWh/year with an EEI of 20.65%, drawing 192W on a 220-240V supply.
Build is AISI 304 stainless steel, interior and exterior, with embedded tray slides — no fussy clips or brackets to clean around, just slide the shelf out and wipe it down. The cabinet has 3 plastic-coated shelves, castors as standard, and locks fitted to all doors. Fagor backs it with 2 years parts and labour.
