The INFRICO AGN600-CR is a full-height double-door Gastronorm refrigerator for chilled ingredients, plated prep and service stock that needs to stay visible. Its 745 litre gross volume is spread across eight shelves, with four shelves behind each double-glazed hinged door, so the team can split sections cleanly rather than stacking everything into one crowded cabinet.
The cabinet uses high grade AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with rounded internal corners, replaceable door gaskets and internal LED lighting.
