The BR2SSCR is a double hinged glass-door upright gastronorm refrigerator built for back-of-house cold storage where staff need to see stock without opening the doors. Two full-height glass doors give reach-in access across the cabinet, and the gastronorm layout keeps prepped trays and stock organised for a busy service.
Day to day it runs unattended: automatic defrost clears the evaporator on its own cycle, so there is no manual routine to schedule around service. The Climate Class 3 rating means the cabinet is designed to hold temperature in typical warm kitchen conditions, and it uses R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant.
For installation, plan for the full 1480 mm width plus door swing and the 2010 mm height when routing it through doorways and into position. At 213 kg it is a heavy, floor-standing unit, so check access, lifting and floor loading before delivery.
