Why this thaw cabinet earns its place
The Foster CT75 is a controlled thaw cabinet for back-of-house kitchens that need to defrost frozen stock safely and on schedule. Rather than leaving product to thaw at room temperature, it brings frozen batches up to chilled (+1/4°C) under managed conditions, typically in around seven hours depending on thickness and food type. That speed and safety support HACCP record-keeping and reduce the waste and risk that come with ambient thawing.
The cabinet alternates gentle heat and refrigeration through special air ducting, so batches thaw evenly. Ten shelves let you load and rotate stock through the process. It holds up to 75 kg at capacity, spanning -21 to +4°C across its operating range. Built from stainless steel exterior (aluminium interior) with 50 mm insulation and weighing 143 kg, it's designed to run continuously at 3000W on 230V/50Hz single phase.
Measure the route in and the final position before delivery. It is a full reach-in cabinet measuring 2.08 m tall, 0.7 m wide and 0.82 m deep. Two-year parts and labour warranty included.
