The Combisteel 7489.5435 is a stainless steel roll-in refrigerator built for moving large chilled batches. Rather than loading tray by tray, staff wheel a whole mobile rack straight through the door, holding 1400 litres across two doors. The cabinet is built in AISI 304 stainless steel, so it stands up to heavy daily washing.
A self-contained monoblock unit does the cooling, running at +2 to +8 °C for chilled holding, so the fridge arrives as one assembly rather than a split system needing external plant. It gives bulk chilled storage in a single upright footprint.
