Why this blast chillers & blast freezer earns its place
The 7950.5235 is a Combisteel blast chiller that takes five 1/1 gastronorm trays per cycle, chilling from +80°C down to +3°C using R290 refrigerant with automatic defrost in a ventilated cycle. It is built to cool freshly cooked food fast, protecting texture and food safety before the food moves into cold storage.
In a working kitchen it lets you batch-cook ahead of service, chill the output quickly, then hold it and regenerate portions as orders land. That takes pressure off the line at peak and cuts waste from over-production. It is rated at 75 kW on 230V single phase and weighs 118 kg.
It is a floor-standing stainless steel Aisi 304 unit, 800×800 mm footprint and 1000 mm tall, with 65 mm insulation and an internal capacity of 670×660×380 mm. Trays move straight in from a GN-based kitchen. Check the electrical supply, dimensions and clearances on the specification table before siting it.
