Why this prep counter earns its place
The Williams Onyx CPC3-SS is the three-door Onyx prep counter for kitchens that need chilled ingredients at the point of assembly but do not have space for the larger four or five-door models. It gives the line 616 litres of refrigerated gastronorm storage beneath the work surface, keeping prepared stock close to the person building the dish.
In service, the three doors and six shelves help keep ingredients split by station, course or product type. The cabinet runs at +1 to +4 °C with air cooling and R290 refrigerant, while Williams' manufacturer text notes a CoolSmart controller for reduced energy consumption.
The stainless steel and aluminium build suits a commercial kitchen line, and the 1420 mm width makes it easier to site than the larger Onyx counters while still giving proper refrigerated prep capacity. It is 860 mm deep and 1110 mm high, with a 230 kg gross weight, so access and final positioning still need to be checked before delivery.
