The INFRICO ME1003BAN is a compact triple-door refrigerated saladette for prep counters, sandwich lines and chilled ingredient stations where a display riser is not needed. Its 1460 × 700 × 890 mm size gives a practical counter-height format, with 355 litres of gross chilled storage below the prep area.
The working surface is the detail that matters here: the manufacturer lists a polypropylene cutting board and a hinged stainless steel lid to cover the gastronorm well. Inside, the high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel cabinet has rounded internal corners, one GN1/1 shelf plus three pairs of tray slides per door, and it accepts GN13 containers, although gastronorm containers are not supplied.
For refrigeration, the ME1003BAN is specified for +0 to +6 °C with ventilated R290 cooling, automatic defrost, electronic control and a digital temperature display.
