Why this triple door saladette fridge earns its place
The G-Line by TEFCOLD GP93 is a refrigerated gastronorm prep counter that combines chilled under-storage with a stainless steel prep surface in one footprint. Three hinged solid doors open onto 400 litres gross and 368 litres net across three white wire shelves, built in SS201 stainless steel inside and out for a working prep station that stands up to daily wash-downs.
It holds between +2 and +10 °C, managed by an electronic controller, with automatic defrost so there is no manual defrost downtime built into the day. It runs at 42 dB and is rated to climate class 4 for warmer kitchen ambients. At 876 kWh a year that works out at about £219 a year at 25p/kWh.
The counter measures 1365 × 700 × 1100 mm externally, sitting at working height with a refrigerated base of 1295 × 515 × 500 mm inside; at a packed size of 1440 × 770 × 1250 mm, check doorway widths on the delivery route. It runs from a standard 13 A supply, draws 175 W and uses R600a refrigerant with a 110 g charge. At 156 kg net it is a substantial unit, so plan its position before install.
