Why this double door saladette fridge earns its place
The INFRICO MR1620EN is a double-door refrigerated counter finished with a raised collar, built to hold gastronorm containers up to 150 mm deep for cold toppings and prep ingredients above chilled below-counter storage. At 1618 x 800 x 1100 mm (W×D×H) — taller than the plain-top MR1620 to accommodate the raised collar — it holds 405 litres gross across two doors, each fitted with one shelf, with the collar on top accepting gastronorm containers, supplied separately.
Cooling is ventilated with automatic defrost and fully automatic operation, run through an electronic controller with a digital temperature display. Annual consumption runs to 430 kWh. Climate Class 4 rates it for a normal working kitchen environment.
Build is high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior and interior, with rounded internal corners and an internal drain for easy cleaning. Both doors carry a replaceable gasket, and the cabinet sits on adjustable legs. It runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential. Gross weight is 169 kg, and it runs from a standard 13A single-phase supply.
