Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The INFRICO ME1003VIP is the top-of-range triple-door pizza prep counter in Infrico's compact series, standing 1462 mm tall against 1139 mm for the standard ME1003PIZZA — considerably more height given over to the prep and storage structure above the granite worktop. At 1460 x 700 mm footprint it holds 355 litres gross across three doors, each fitted with a GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides, with the worktop set up for GN1/4 gastronorm containers, supplied separately.
Cooling is ventilated and defrost automatic, run through a digital controller with a temperature display. Annual consumption runs to 355 kWh — lower than the standard ME1003PIZZA despite the taller build. It draws through two 13A supplies rather than one, reflecting the added specification. Climate Class 4 rates it for a normal working kitchen environment, and it runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with negligible global warming potential.
Build is high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, exterior and interior, with rounded internal corners for cleaning to HACCP standard, topped with a genuine granite worktop that's hard-wearing and heat-tolerant against a hot peel. All three doors carry a replaceable gasket, and a glass door option with LED lighting is available. Gross weight is 165 kg.
