Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The Ecofrost 7950.5140 is a three-door refrigerated pizza prep counter on castors. It puts 580 litres of chilled storage and a prep surface in one floor-standing unit, so a pizza or make line can hold dough, sauce and toppings cold and assemble to order without leaving the station.
Three doors below give separated, chilled base storage for bulk stock, held at +2 to +8 °C with automatic defrost and ventilated cooling, while the counter top gives a working surface for building to order. The castors mean the whole unit rolls out for cleaning behind and for reconfiguring the line. Built from stainless steel 18/8 with 60 mm insulation, it wipes down easily between services.
It is a large floor-standing counter on wheels at 2020 mm wide, 1000 mm tall and 345 kg, so plan a clear run and a socket at its working position, and check the doorway and route before delivery given its size.
