Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The Blizzard BCC3PIZZA is a compact triple-door pizza prep counter, giving three doors of refrigerated storage below a prep station for building pizzas to order. Splitting the cabinet across three doors lets a busy line organise chilled ingredients into separate, easily reached sections instead of one deep cavity, keeping the person on the pass moving through orders without breaking rhythm.
Automatic defrost clears the evaporator without a manual routine, so there is no downtime built into a shift to manage ice. Running at a measured 42 dB, it is quiet enough to sit in an open kitchen without adding to the noise at the pass. The climate class 4 rating handles the heat of a busy pizza line, with cooling on low-GWP R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
It measures 1400 × 700 × 1541 mm and weighs 236 kg, so plan the run and floor loading before install — a level, load-bearing position and a clear delivery route matter at this size. Confirm doorway widths on the way in, since 1400 mm across is a wide load for a standard kitchen doorway. The R290 charge also keeps the circuit clear of the F-gas phase-down affecting older synthetic refrigerants.
