Why this drawer fridge earns its place
The TEFCOLD CK7360 is a GN1/1-compatible counter cooler that combines refrigerated storage with a stainless steel prep surface at working height. It puts chilled ingredients directly under the point of use, so a line cook or sandwich hand works straight off the top with stock to hand below. With 417 litres gross and 402 litres net, it holds a service's worth of prepped components in one unit.
Cooling is ventilated for an even temperature across the cabinet, with automatic defrost that needs no manual routine. An electronic controller holds the -2 to +10 °C band, which covers chilled prep and dairy, and the unit is climate class 4. It runs on R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge, draws 300 W and measures a quiet 42 dB — low enough for front-of-house prep. Rated at 894 kWh a year with a B energy rating, that works out at about £224 a year at 25p/kWh.
Internally the refrigerated space measures 1337 × 530 × 589 mm, and the counter packs to 1825 × 730 × 1010 mm for delivery at 162 kg gross, 152 kg net — plan lift access and a clear run before it arrives. It runs from a standard 13 amp supply at 220–240 V. Both the exterior and interior are SS304 stainless steel for hygiene and easy cleaning.
