Why this drawer fridge earns its place
The SNC4-DRW is the top of Blizzard's low-height drawer counter range, running eight soft-closing drawers along a 2230mm counter at the same 700mm depth and 650mm height as the smaller SNC units. It's built for high-volume prep kitchens that need maximum drawer capacity in a low-height format rather than moving to upright refrigeration.
Gross volume across the eight drawers is 420 litres, each sized for GN1/1 gastronorm trays, with ventilated cooling and a Dixell digital controller. It's rated Energy Class D at 345 kWh/year on a 13A single-phase supply, holds a climate class 4 rating, and sits at 48dB — the running cost step-up from the six-drawer SNC3-DRW reflects the larger drawer bank doing more cooling work across a longer cabinet.
Build is stainless steel exterior and interior, height-adjustable legs for levelling, soft-closing drawers throughout, and R290 refrigerant with automatic defrost. Castors are available as an optional extra. At 195kg it's the heaviest unit in the SNC family, built to take sustained daily service-hour use across all eight drawers.
