The 7950.5070 is a compact refrigerated counter that mixes storage types: one refrigerated door and two chilled drawers under a working surface. At 900mm wide and 700mm deep, it holds 257 litres of chilled storage, with the door housing taller or bulkier items while the drawers keep prepped pans grouped and to hand, with a prep surface on top.
Through service, the drawers let a section pull the exact pan it needs while the door cabinet takes reserves and larger stock. Both run at +2 to +8°C using a low-power static cooling system with automatic defrost — the 60mm insulation and R600A refrigerant keep energy costs down while maintaining consistent cold. Combining both in a short counter suits stations where space is tight but organised cold storage still matters.
It is a self-contained floor-standing counter with a compact footprint at 876mm tall and only 83kg, built in stainless steel 18/8 for durability in a busy kitchen.
