Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
The CK7340 is a GN1/1 refrigerated counter cooler that puts chilled storage directly under the prep line. It gives 417 litres gross and 402 litres net behind a self-closing hinged door, built in SS304 stainless steel inside and out, so it wipes down fast and holds up to a hard commercial shift. Sited under the pass or on the prep bench, it keeps ingredients cold and within reach without a trip to the store room.
Day to day it holds -2 to +10 °C using ventilated, fan-assisted cooling for even temperature across the cabinet, with automatic defrost and an electronic controller, so it manages itself through service. It runs at 42 dB and carries a climate class 4 rating suited to a warm, busy kitchen. At 894 kWh a year (energy class B) it costs about £224 a year to run at 25p/kWh.
Internally the cabinet measures 1337 × 530 × 589 mm (W×D×H) and packs to 1825 × 730 × 1010 mm, so plan your delivery access around the packed dimensions. It is a substantial unit at 162 kg gross and 152 kg net — a two-person position. Power is a standard 13-amp supply drawing 300 W at 220-240 V, and cooling uses R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 95 g charge.
