Why this drawer fridge earns its place
The SNC2-DRW is Blizzard's four-drawer take on the low-height snack counter, swapping the usual hinged doors for four soft-closing drawers built to accept GN1/1 gastronorm trays. At 1360 x 700 x 650mm, it sits at counter height, making it a natural fit under a servery or worktop where a full-height upright would be wrong for the job. Drawer access rather than doors means staff pull exactly the tray they need without opening onto a shared, crowded cavity.
Gross volume across the four drawers is 214 litres, cooled by a ventilated system and controlled through a Dixell digital controller. It's rated Energy Class C at 215 kWh/year, runs on a standard 13A single-phase supply, and holds a climate class 4 rating for typical UK kitchen conditions. At 48dB it's quiet enough for a servery or open kitchen without drawing attention to itself during service.
Build is stainless steel exterior and interior with rounded internal corners for easy cleaning, and R290 refrigerant with automatic defrost so there's no manual ice-clearing routine. The unit sits on height-adjustable legs for levelling on an uneven kitchen floor, with castors available as an optional extra if mobility matters more than a fixed, level footprint. At 124kg it's solidly built for daily service-hour use.
