Why this counter fridge earns its place
The FA441 is a drawer-based refrigerated counter from Polar's G-Series. Rather than shelves behind a door, it gives you nine drawers of chilled storage under the stainless steel worktop — each one holding a 1/1 GN pan up to 65 mm deep, so a chef can pull open the right drawer, take from it and close it without breaking stride.
In service, drawers keep everything sorted and visible: proteins, garnishes and prepped mise en place each get their own space, so the line moves faster and stock rotates cleanly. The headline capacity is 368 litres, with 104 litres net, giving a full run of section storage rather than a small undercounter stopgap.
It holds a +2 to +5 °C refrigerated band using static cooling, a fully automatic controller and a constant digital display. The stainless steel interior and exterior, 60 mm insulation and under-mounted compressor/condenser are all practical details for a counter that works hard in the line.
