A four-drawer refrigerated counter from the Ecofrost range, 1360 mm wide and 850 mm tall, built to sit in the working line with just 700 mm depth. Four drawers hold 282 litres of chilled ingredients under the worktop, so a section reaches prep without leaving the pass. The counter runs at +2 to +8°C — right for fresh stock and portioned prep.
Drawer storage keeps regularly used stock sorted and to hand, cutting trips to a back-of-house fridge and making rotation and shift checks easier to run. Stainless steel 18/8 construction with 60 mm insulation wipes down between services. Adjustable feet let the unit be levelled on an uneven floor so the drawers sit square and run true, and the 119 kg weight is movable by two people without specialist equipment.
