The Foster FlexDrawer FFC4-2 is a two-drawer refrigerated counter with an integral splashback, measuring 900 mm wide, 775 mm deep and 700 mm high. It is designed to sit in the prep line and hold chilled ingredients where they are used, building cold storage into the worktop run rather than sending staff back to the walk-in.
The two drawers hold 48 litres total and give direct, top-down access to portioned stock, so cooks pull what they need without holding a full door open and losing cold air. It is a back-of-house unit meant for constant service-line use rather than display. At 125 kg, it is substantial enough for a busy line whilst remaining moveable for deep cleaning.
The integral splashback protects the wall where the counter backs onto a partition or work surface, keeping the join hygienic and simple to wipe down.
