Why this drawer fridge earns its place
A four-drawer refrigerated counter built to sit in the working line. Four drawers hold chilled ingredients under the worktop, so the section pulls stock without stepping away from the pass. At 900mm wide and 700mm deep with 220 litres of chilled capacity, it makes the counter itself cold storage for a busy prep or service run without eating floor space.
Drawers keep the pans a section uses most sorted and visible, cutting trips to a back-of-house fridge and speeding up rotation and end-of-shift checks. Loading by drawer keeps stock organised through a long service. The unit holds ingredients at +2 to +8°C with a digital controller so you can set and monitor temperature precisely, using low-energy static cooling that runs efficiently at 0.17 kW.
It is a floor-standing counter designed to line up with adjacent worktops and equipment, standing at 876mm tall and weighing only 84kg. Built in stainless steel 18/8 with automatic defrost, it is designed to run unattended through a shift. Exact width, depth, height, capacity and electrical load are listed in the specification table — check them against your run and access route before ordering.
